Susie Colville, Programme Manager, leads the project management team at GHD. She is responsible for budget management across iDSI, financial reporting to funders, and negotiating and managing contracts with delivery partners and consultants. Susie also supports the GHD senior management team on operational and strategic issues.
Cassandra Nemzoff
Cassie Nemzoff, Policy Analyst, focuses mostly on supporting the Rwandan government on improvements to the financial sustainability of its community based health insurance scheme through the introduction of HTA. Cassie also supports iDSI’s strategy more broadly for Sub-Saharan Africa including initiatives to help set up iDSI ‘hubs.’

Anthony McDonnell is a senior policy analyst in CGD’s global health team, working to support national decision making and prioritisation of healthcare through iDSI and on policy interventions to protect the supply chains for pharmaceuticals from COVID-19 induced shocks.
