Yuna Sakuma works on the Global Health Policy team at the Center for Global Development, focusing on areas such as aid effectiveness in global health, value for money of global health funders, applications of behavioral economics in global health, data for African development and priority-setting in health for low- and middle-income countries. Prior to joining CGD, she was a consultant at Trinity Partners, LLC, a life sciences strategy consulting firm. Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Sakuma graduated from Princeton University with a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs with certificates in Global Health and Health Policy and Environmental Studies.
